Plastic surgery is governed by the same laws as other medical and surgical specialties, in other words, with regard to the patient; the doctor has the obligation of means and not results. That is to say, we are committed to use all the means necessary to obtain the best result possible.

The doctor is held liable for any complication in the event of technical failure, negligence or medical mistake as determined by one or more medical assessments.

In the event of complications requiring surgical correction we are committed to re-admittance of our patients free of charge for the surgical, anesthetics and clinical expenses. Hotel and travel costs are not covered.
